Gettn the BOOT!

...well, looks like a fracture! I have to wear this ugly thing for 3 weeks while doing certain exercises each day, and taking 800 mg of Ibuprofen 3 times a day for inflamation (and these pills are HUGE), then get an MRI...oh fun, fun...he found 2 other things wrong with my foot as well...one is a too high of an arch, and one other thing, I can not even remember all the things he sputtered at me...too much info...lol.

Had some special guests over for a sleepover...Ry and Leah had a blast and my girls can't wait for them to stay overnight again!!!

We finally got a 'newer' car...we just loved our old car...it was a good, reliable car...but had over 210K miles on it...time for an upgrade so we decided to stick with Lexus...hoping this car is as dependable!!! I never bought a used car before in my life...so I have some reservations about it, but I do love it so far! Here's hoping all goes well...:)

Sunday we spent all day in Dover HS for the cheer competion...Haylee did GREAT! Unfortunately Caravel got 3rd (they deserved 2nd). I was SO mad bc we had prime seats, and I took over 40 pics of the girls, while Ashlee had the ipad and was to video it. BUT, somehow my camera was not in the right mode, and every shot was black...and to make matters worse, Ash was not able to get any video bc after 2 seconds of filming, an error messg said 'space full'....UGH. Needless to say I will make sure my camera is ready next time, and Ash has alot of deleting of junk videos to do...BUT, the coach was able to share one pic of the girls, so I'll take what I can get! Haylee just loves this sport!!!

HONOR ROLL, that is...:) For the 2nd marking period in a row, Ash has earned Honor Roll for 3rd grade! Words cannot express how proud we are of her!!!! Looks like a treat is in order this weekend!!!
