A Touch of Fall...

Since my girls luncheon got cancelled, I decided to still host a gathering and enjoy this wonderful weather...a pot roast in the crock, grilled veggie quesidilla's, grilled shrimp, salmon, chix and hotdogs were on the menu (and Karen's awesome crockpot mac & cheese)...4 bottles of my fave Santa Margarita...a bonfire, smores, and (cops?!) say what?? A wonderful night of laughter and friends...always makes a great Fall night...:)

I love that Ash still snuggles with her teddy bears while sleeping...:) They grow up too fast!!!

All Stars Picnic

Believe it or not, we had yet another down w/e...and I'm loving it!!! Saturday was the Bear Babe Ruth All Stars picnic...it was a great event...girls all got shirts with everyone's name on it, then they played girls vs boys in softball...girls did awesome!

Weekend fun

Our first DOWN w/e in a LOOONG time...we so needed a break! Saturday both girls had their first softball games at 11am, so me and Jim took turns watching each of their games since they were at the same time....both girls did awesome!! Afterwards, we hit the park, went to Sweet Frog, then to Olive Garden for a nice dinner. Sunday was more down time...cleaning and a nice tenderloin in the crock pot!

LABOR DAY (8/31/13)

This yr we combined my cousin, Sarah's 21st bd, with the Labor Day festivities...what an excellent way to end the Summer!

Haylee's 1st day @ Caravel Academy

The time is finally here...her first day at a NEW school...I'm not sure who was more anxious, me or her?! Last week we went to their open house and got to meet alot of her new teachers, but there were about 2 classrooms that we just couldn't find...it was like HS crazy!!! I just pray her first day/week goes smoothly.
