The Mulvena Minute...

A day in the life of CRAZY!  Lately things have been just piling up...work, homework, doctor appointments, social life...sure, everyone is going thru it...it's that little thing we call LIFE, I know, I get it...but gosh...I'm sometimes more slammed with the 'little things' that are making me just plum tuckered.

Tonite Ash has a doc appt for her persistant dry cough and clearing of her throat...it's CONSTANT (and I hate to say, annoying) but it's been going on for over 3 weeks and all the meds I've given her are not working and she has said twice now that she feels something in her throat (no fever either)...so, time to anty up and hit the doc...could be allergies or tonsils...so stay tuned.   Ash ALSO started saying she can't see the SMART board at school...ugh, the dreaded question...will she need glasses like her mama?!  Probably...so, we have to go thru some eye exams for her next week as well...! 

Then Haylee starts her orthodontists cycles....yes, she IS getting braces...but she has to go thru a whole stage of cycles before she even gets her 'brace face' on.  So, starting this Thursday, for 3 weeks IN A ROW, she will have an orthodonist appt to get the process started (with spacers and expanders first)...oh fun!

So...one may need glasses while the other needs braces...the Mulvena money tree needs to start blooming very quickly!

Date Night

Since the girls were staying at Aunt Sarah's for a fun sleepover, Jim and I decided to meet up with Staci and Chris since we were in their neck of the woods...and we set out for a nice dinner out...excellent food and great company...altho I'm still battling my cold, I couldn't last past 11:30pm...but it's a start!

A Belated BD Happy Hr!

A great time out (even tho I'm on meds for my cold so I couldn't really drink)...started off with drinks and appis at Big Fish, then one drink stops at Scratches, LOHO, and then Lime (or whatever the new weird name is now) to see our fave solo guy, Bryen!!  Thx for arranging Joey!!!

A lil' pre bd celli for me last night...small, low key...just how I like it...but looking fwd to a GNO very soon with all my girls!!!!  Today was quiet...breakfast in bed...just a lounging, relaxing down day...love those!
